I thought it would be biased leaving a comment, being that I have worked with Dr Hill at Hill Vascular & Vein Center since he started using his OBL for vascular surgery in 2020. But then I figured it was worth something to hear his only RNs opinion. I left one of my highest paying jobs, that was 10 minutes from my house in Santa Cruz, to work full time for Dr. Hill and his team. I go to work and feel like it’s a second home. To know the work we are doing is making a difference and to be appreciated by our team and patients, is priceless.
Dr Hill has team meetings where everyone has input and process improvements are always the focus. His dedication to advancing the medical care and technology for vascular patients go beyond his work with his patients. He provides a program at Hill Vascular for Pre-medical students while they apply to medical schools. His enthusiasm for teaching is unlike any Physician or professor I’ve known. He also holds patents on vascular tech he's innovated, through his other labor of love, Venovation.
I believe in Dr. Hills vision to bring only the best care to his patients. The only down side to working here is that there is only one Dr. Hill. If he could be in 4 places at once, then I would have given him 10 stars.
